About this policy

Reviews Analytics is operated by Guedes Ventures (brand Reviews Analytics). This policy covers reviewsanalytics.ai and app.reviewsanalytics.ai.

What we collect

We collect the waitlist details you submit, including your name, email, and restaurant information. For an app account, we collect your email and login information. If you connect Google, we collect Google Business Profile data as described below.

Google data

With your permission through Google OAuth, we read your Google Business Profile accounts, locations, and reviews. Access is read-only: we never post, reply to, edit, or delete anything on your Business Profile or Google account.

How we use Google data

We use Google data only to analyze reviews and show you insights, reports, and a weekly email. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models.

Retention

Review text and reviewer names are automatically deleted 30 days after receipt. Derived star ratings, dates, and category scores are retained for trend reporting while your account is active. Google access tokens are encrypted with AES-256 and deleted when you disconnect or delete your account.

Google API policy

Reviews Analytics' use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Choices

You can disconnect Google anytime in your app Settings or at myaccount.google.com/permissions. To request access or deletion, contact mike@reviewsanalytics.ai.
