The service

Reviews Analytics is operated by Guedes Ventures. The service analyzes Google reviews and provides read-only insights and reports. It never posts or replies to reviews.

Accounts and authorization

You must be authorized to connect the Google Business Profile locations you connect. You are responsible for your login and account.

Pricing and pilots

Pricing is $89 per location per month unless otherwise agreed in writing. Pilots are free for the agreed period and do not require a card.

Google data

Google data is subject to Google's terms. You can disconnect Google anytime through your app Settings or at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

AI analysis

AI analysis is informational and may be wrong. Operational decisions are yours.

Termination

Either party can cancel at any time. We delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is". Liability is limited to the fees paid in the prior 3 months.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Guedes Ventures is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
